I started work on my full sized grim reaper. I used one of my new skull castings for this. I am using an old cowlacious audio board and servo (the scary Terry version). It was very easy to cut the head open. I was wondering what they looked like inside, very smooth and shinny. After going through the process of drilling, bracket making, servo and board mounting I though maybe I should just make a new skull mold that lets you just open the skull, snap in the servo and, have holes for mounting the audio board? Would any one buy a skull designed this way? Or, is way more fun to build it from scratch? Also, what is the best way to build a body frame? PVC or wood? Here are some pics of the skull in progress.

I like PVC , its easier to manipulate to the exact position you want. If you need to you can heat it up, to bend it for different angles. Casting looks good, what was that price again :] ????

Funny, I can make skulls just fine but I can’t wrap my head around a full body PVC frame. Anyone know of links or pictures to get me started? I would like it to be free standing. I’ll sell this skull to forum members for $35.00. It is a very detailed cast. The skull is NOT cut like in the pictures above. But, the jaw is a separate piece.
