I know walmart has the bubble fogger I have even seen them at party stores where you get party supplies and I would like any store that sold costumes would probably have them the buuble fogger really seems to be big this year but you can also check out frightcatalog.com or walmart.com or target.com or even ebay don't know much about stores in canada but I hope this helps

I know my BF found a store in St-Hubert (south shore) that has all kinds of fogging/hazing/bubbles/snow machines... but he's sleeping right now so... I'll keep you posted shortly...
