Well so far I am having fun this year. I have begun modifying an old Blucky my Father in Law had in a closet some where and made new hands for my Pumpkin headed guardian (still have to add some paint and some leaves at the wrist) in one of the pics of the hands you can see Jack looking on as his hands hang to dry. I used Pillow batting and carpet adhesive ver a wire and tubing armature for them I am hoping they look like creepy vine hands when complete.

OK continuing the corpsefication of George (the Blucky) I used the panty hose / carpet adhesive method to make the decaying hide / flesh

Now to let the adhesive dry and cure and then to the stain!

I have pretty well finished George. My wife thinks I did well enough she is talking about buying me a couple more Blucky's and turning me loose on them.

After the adhesive cured for 24 hours I hit him with a red oak Min wax stain, 24 hours again I hit him with a cherry stain. Maybe over the next year I will get a real Bucky and take this up another notch! the only thing I have left on this one is to spray the inside of the rib cage with "magic aging solution" AKA flat black spray paint. George is likley destined for a crow cage now cause the wife says he looks to good to toss on the ground beside the stocks.
