I'm looking for a prop idea - couldn't find anything on the monster list.

Basically I want about 15 skeletons of infants hanging from a lightweight grid that's suspended 12' high. When triggered, it drops to about 7-8' above floor level (right above folk's heads). I'm thinking that it will be some sort of pulley system since it'll need to be reloaded after each group of folks pass through. I can't find anything someone's already done before online and with Halloween on the horizon and a buttload of work ahead, I need something that a non-professional can rig up on a weekend. If someone has a source for how to build something like this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Also, if anyone has any sources for skeletons too, that'd be great. I would love to be able to do a mold on this one, since I need so many and the skeletons need to be light. I found some awesome ones online but they're out of my budget at $600 each.

    Thanks!

    Stacy

This is a simple drawing on how you can move items up and down, now I don't know how much weight you want to move or how much room you have to work with, or what you are willing to spend, and there are many ways, you can do it, so heres one:

Hope this helps, any questions just ask.
If it's a prop I must CONTROL it!!!

I would not drop some sort of grid down...I think individual pulleys and stings all going back to one mechanisum (like the one above) would be the best bet and safest..

I side with grim, droping a grid could be a safety issue, you could also try a FCG rig it would not drop them all at once though more like bobbing babies...
