Howdy
Will the ssc32 boards control relays? I need something inexpensive that VSA will control that will operate pneumatic valves. I have a few FESTO valves and I would like them to control some cylinders.
Thank you

Yes, the SSC32 can be jumpered for TTL output, which is a low level signal that can be used for switching circuits including relays. You need a relay card though, one that accepts TTL inputs. Of course any servo controller can operate a servo controlled relay like the Battle Switch.

Look at Blue Point Engineering - they have a number of devices made to be controlled by an RC controller such as the SSC-32 - they have relays, dimmers an they even have a pneumatic valve but I don't know if it will work in your application. Check them out at Blue Point Engineering Inc. - Radio control R/C Equipment / Supplies

If you have a parallel port on your haunt computer, just get one of these. VSA will control it. Then you won't waste 8 chanels of your SSC32.
Parallel Port Relay BoardI don't want to just scare them... I want to mess them up for life!
