Hmmm, best online store? That's a judgement call, but I personally like Frightcatalog.com and Buycostumes.com. They're not bad, but eBay can be even better. Grandinroad.com is pretty cool too, but very expensive.

hauntedprops.com is cheaper than fright and buycostumes on most items.

3rd on that ! Haunted props, just got a couple of the creature reatures for WAY less than anyone else. & they have a wide variety & selection of some of the best out there !

I really like buycostumes.com - mainly because I've always had really great experiences with their customer service. PLUS, if you buy anything from them and then find it cheaper on another website they will refund you 110% of the difference. I just did that with the Gemmy witch! Happy shopping!

My only issue with Haunted Props that they don't provide a way to track your purchase, nor provide you with shipping info. You have to email them and even then you get a "shipping next week" or "shipping tomorrow" response with no way to actually confirm that. And while yes, some of their items are cheaper, others are more expensive, so it's not one-stop shopping.
