Boo from Germany,
I need some help from you guys. To create a canibal scene for my halloween party I have to cover an entire room with plastic foil that is covered with blood.
I will use "Frost King Drop Cloth" the only thing I can find in my local PX/BX. But if I use spray paint dto imitate blood, the paint peels off and won't stay or peels of on contact. Can you give me any hints what kind of paint will stay on the drop cloth?
Scary greetings from Ramstein US Air Base Germany

My first suggestion would be Krylon fusion spraypaint specifically designed for plastics. IIRC, Home Depot and Lowes ship to any BX address.

I know there are acrylic paints out there specifically designed for glass and plastics; I have some glossy versions. You usually are supposed to bake the paint (& object) in an oven to set the paint, but I've used the unbaked paint on many things. It might still come off, but it generally has a much better tack. Try finding a small bottle of glossy red and test it. At worst, you can peel off the dry blood/paint in one solid piece and safely adhere it to windows, doors, sinks, mirrors, refrigerators, etcetera.
