When I first saw a pic of this machine, I wasn't impressed. But after seeing still pics of what it does, I immediately began looking for the best price.
Mine arrived today. It dips a long snout into a very thick bubble solution, then uses fog to blow bubbles. The result is a fog filled bubble that rises and floats until it breaks and the fog disapates. Very cool. A toggle lets you sellect stand y, large (about 5 inches) or small (about 1.5 inches) bubbles. Based on running this for about 5 minutes, the small bubbles will float up (5 or 6 feet), but the large bubbles only rise a few inches to a foot. I plan to get a very small desk fan to place directly in front of the machine. Even at low speed the fan should significantly spread both sizes around very well.
This is a very nice accent to the haunt. I will be cutting a section out of the back of a large cauldron to place this machine at the rear of the cauldron. Then we'll use a bowl with a mister near the front of the cauldron. The result should be a fogging cauldron with fog bubbles rising out of it.
Caution - Be careful what you pay for this nice little prop. Grandin Road and several other sellers want $69. Walmart and a couple of others want $49. I got mine at Target.com for $39!!
AS with most of Target's props, this one comes in a "private label" Target box, but the instructions say "Gemmy" and the pattern on the sided is exactly that advertised as Gemmy. Obviously I can not comment on operating life at this time but the look from the outside is one of good quality. Hey, at $39, if I can get two or three H'weens out of this, the novelty will be gone and I won't feel ripped off if it dies. But I have a hunch it wll be around for a while.

LT Scare thanks for sharing this very cool fogger...I wonder what this would look like using the blacklight reactive bubble fluid. :-)

Their is a couple of videos on this floating around here and I am sad to say I was dissappointed in it. I was thinking the volume of bubbles would be a lot more, you know you can wave a bubble wand and see a zillon of bubbles. But this mach. seems too slow for me, too bad it had potential at first. It really needs a stronger jet or fan built in and the bubble wand needs to be larger or move faster. Again sorry but I was hoping for a lot more because I wanted one till I saw the video and decided to pass. JMHO....

Here's the video I made. There's another thread with a video that shows it with a fan behind it. Works much better with the fan. Later today I'll get my blacklight out to see if the bubble juice you get with it glows in the dark.

It seems the bubble juice that comes with the bubble fogger is not black light reactive. I soaked a piece of fabric in the stuff and put it under the black light. Nada. Looks like you'll have to order the UV reactive bubble juice from Tekno bubbles but I do not know if the consistency of the bubbles would work with the demands of the fogger. I think I'll go ahead and buy a bottle and see. Here is their website: TEKNO BUBBLES

Hmmmm, I'd like this better if the bubbles popped while floating around. They seem to pop only when they hit the ground.

I understand what you're saying. But it's a matter of what purpose you want the machine to serve, IMO. I want it as an accent to my witches scene - which is in an enclosure. I'll probably have to rig a vent to get the fog outside as it is. Running this for about five minutes inside my house last night generated quite a bit of fog.
As a single source of fog, it would probably disapoint. Please check my 2011 Haunt album here on HF. http://www.halloweenforum.com/member...ween-2011.html
