A new update...last posted I think end of july or beginning of august. This is one of my 4 rooms. This would be the second one. Being in the military it keeps me away so I'm a little behind. It seems to be taking forever to make these walls. I just finished the skulls with the flickering lights and have fog in it. I have it covered and all parts are painted since I never know if it is going to rain or snow for halloween here. I don't want my osb to swell too much. We also just got back from Salem, Mass. Got a few new ideas from there....What do you think?

These look great! I like how the low glow from the skulls will shine on the walls to add to the effect of a dark corridor.

Did you have a post of the skulls, or know where you got them? I'm trying to see what the light element is, it almost looks like a miniature neon light tube.

Great job, and good luck with the weather!

Just some foam skulls I had from last year. I drilled down the center and ran the miniature lights (village house), my wife has lots of them. Added the flicker bulbs (wal-mart and lowes). Drilled a hole in the back to run the power and hot glued the bones on.

that's the plan. The problem is, it is really taking a long time to build these rooms. But, I will have them for the next......years. Hopefully I will still have time to make the props I want to make. If not this year, next year will be nothing but props since all the big rooms are taking up most of my time. When we actually put them in the front yard, we will add all the spiders and webbing, fog and skellies. I am actually going to cover the sides with lots of creepy cloth since one side will be facing the road. Just so they don't see the construction part of the room. Thanks, I appreciate your comments.
