Hey all,
I know it may seem simple but I really don't want to unpack my shed yet to find out the size nut needed for the threaded rod going through a full size Bucky. I am going to use a talkinging skull and want to secure the head onto the body. I just need the size for the nut and thread pitch if anyone knows.
Thanks

Hi Meyers Madness;
Depending on the age of your Bucky, it has either 9/16 or 7/16 inch a standard thread -
The pitch question is uncertain but the thread is coarse, not fine. If you get either of these nuts, one of them will work for sure.
Also, There is an identical nut at the base of the spinal rod, just below the last lumbar vertebrae. It can be borrowed to fit the need at hand or taken to the local hardware store to duplicate specifically.

It's either 5/16 or 3/8 USS coarse thread
I don't want to just scare them... I want to mess them up for life!
