This guy will be at the top of my porch steps hanging from the porch roof. I used a Gemmy dropping Skull attached to a pvc rotating frame so when you walk under him his head will lower to "look" down at you. The frame keeps him from just dangling. The rest of him is made up of chicken wire coat hangers and old velvet dresses from Goodwill. The best part of this build was the look on the cashiers face at Goodwill when she commented at how pretty the dresses where and I replied they will look even better when I cut them up to put on my Grim Reaper The first pic the head is in the look down mode the second it is reset.
