Hey Meyers Madness... have you noticed any lag time or interference issues with these controllers? That was the main reason I didn't opt for X-10 bundles.
Do you know if they offer any other type of controllers like X-10 does?
I guess I could do the research myself, but I like chatting with you guys!

Bilbo,
I have to say that they work good. I can say that you when you press on from the remote. The module sends a recieved message back to the remote, which is what I like. Now when that is happening you cannot turn the power off or hit the button off. But it is so fast, I say real time with maybe a milisecond delay. Not enough to wory about.

Z-Wave reaction times are in the 20ms-50ms time (I don't think you'd notice any delay like you can with X10). They are also RF based not powerline like X10 is. I have a mixture of X10, Z-Wave, Insteon and UPB devices throughout my home that are used on a daily basis for Home Automation. So far for me, Z-Wave has been the most reliable with everything I've use and tested so far.
There are quite a few Z-Wave enabled devices already available on the market from several different mfgs (Intermatic, Leviton, Cooper, ACT, Wayne-Dalton, & Hawking) and more being developed. What types of devices are you looking for and I can tell you if they are already available and provide you with links.

Alright I know this isn't relevant to the thread but I need some help guys. I just upgraded my computer and have an HP computer running Vista and need a patch or fix for HP printer for a HP laser Jet 1012. Does anyone know? Please help because HP is not much help at all. I know there is someone on here that knows.
