Hi,
Is there a decent place to buy some Animatronic props for halloween? Is Ebay the only game in town? I like the pricing but I would hate to buy it in august & find it doesnt work in October.
Any suggestions on where to buy things?
I really like the animated witch, that looks pretty cool indeed!
Thanks,
Rich

It really depends on what you are looking for.
Stores like Spirit, Halloween Express (those first two are seasonal only stores) Michaels, or Garden Ridge will carry a few different types of anamatronics.
You could also check out Oriental Trading Company, Fright Catalog and the like on the web.
There is a section on these boards about recommendations on businesses:

That all depends on what kind of animatronics you want. Here is a quick list of some good suppliers, myself included.

Rich - its early enough to start calling around. We got our witch last year in a Wegman's grocery store about an hour from our home, for $135.00. I think you'll find that the speciality Halloween stores, both brick n mortar and on-line, will hae the highest prices.
Online, last year a store called Rural King www.ruralking.com had them for a very good price - but sold out early becasue of demand. You might try calling their customer service dept.
