MrOct31 Let me know what I can do to help you build this. It is really very easy, you need to figure out though what method your going to use and it will be a snap I am here to help you through it. You know Home depot cut some of the wood for me, not because I can't but I thought well I am spending quite a bit and they do have a nice saw, might as well take advantage of it. Now if you want the picture frame look, then you have to be able to cut wood with a chop saw and that will take a little time. Let me know if I can help.

if the box is not going to be moved all around the yard i would attach it to through the back with a dryer vent so the fog machine doest get throne around on the inside of the box .......on that note where did you get the picoboo f-104 controller having a hard time getting someone to take a order

i wouldn't worry about the fog machine in the box, i wouldtry to put it on the side that's hinged though and not the cylinder side as the hinged side gets less movement, are you familiar with the fog machine and relay hack? that's how i would connect it.

here is a site that some what explains the fog remote hack ScareFX: Modified a Gemmy Remote

but you can use a 120vac relay in place of the one he is using. however i recommend going with a low voltage coil relay and connecting the wall wart to you ac controller.
the remote will most likely be switching 120v ac so you will need a relay that has contacts rated for 120v and around 10 amps

WARNING VOLTAGES IN FOG MACHINES CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS never work on one while it's plugged in all ways be careful when dealing with electronics to not have the circuit uncovered while active.
