Can anyone explain to me in layman terms how the singing busts is done that I saw on you tube. I am also trying to figure out how the talking head is done on a video called (2006 computer animated halloween house display)

the singing bust is a blank bust that has a face projected on it with a projector, i have seen a few people build them over the years and skulltronix now sells one, the one at disney was/is projected like this however it might have been redone to be projected from inside the head with fiber optics.

here is a how to for one I had always wanted to reproduce the effect of the singing busts from Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion in my own Halloween graveyard
