I am definitely going to try that. Doesn't look too hard, no power tools involved , so I think I can. I hope it looks as good as yours, but since it will be dark, flaws won't show.

there is alot of goods tutorials on this. the stain i used was Minwax, i believe the color is Sedona Red but ill double check. it came out a little darker than i wanted and i only used one coat. youll have a fun time building it.

Your blucky looks great. I've corpsed a few, but never done the pantyhose thing yet, but I will soon. I use Minwax Golden Oak, and the color is nice. If your Sedona Red is too dark, you might want to check it out next time your're in HD or Lowes. Like the pics - keep 'em coming!

heres some new stuff , sorry about the pics. ill take better ones on the big day.

wood coffin= old fence being thrown out glued/liquid nailed to old cardboard coffin
obelisk= foamboard and coolers(idea stolen from someone here)
masoleum sign and wall= pink foam
coffin top=pink foam

heres a potion "rack" i made and control panel with homemade knife switch. it doesnt work as far as running any props. we will be using a foot switch simultaneaously wioth the knife to simulate it working.

That panel with the torture implements is very, very scary. You do really great prop work!

thanks terra, those are actually items picked up in a thrift shyop. i have no idea what they do. i think one is a cheese slicer, lol. they look a little morbid bc i airbrushed "dried blood"

heres some more progress (delayed because of weather)

static prop to distract TOT's, my dad will be dressed in camo(with leaves) in a bush nearby.
i also made columns for under his arms to rest on







fence and posts up with new toppers and skulls





sign at night, same as last year
