    Sorry about that guys, I was out ther batteling the wind, and had to take this quick.
    Check out this link, it shows the mechanics. I used a small gearmotor instead of a wiper motor though.

    The hands are dollar tree bluckys. I fired them with a lighter to bend them, and than painted them.
