Well,
I got to go out and play in my garage today and here is what I came up with.....
I will post up more as I get this one done.
I also got (3) 8' sections of cemetery fence built.

I sketched the letters on then I used a styrofoam cutter to get the outline done and I have a small palm router with a 1/8 strait bit

Love the edges on that sign. It's going to look really nice! Also, we need a new fence out front. I'm tempted to do a pvc one for Halloween and just leave it.

Those are really neat props. I too want to do a Halloween fence and would be seriously tempted to leave it up year round.
