Default Coffin lid opener

Anyone have a link for the mechanism for pneumatic lid opener that's not too visible? Did a search on here but I never seem to use the right wording.

I just used a cylinder with a wooden wheel to push up the lid:

I didn't bother to hide it, but it could have been easily coved with black fabric. Between the fog I was pumpng into the coffin and the crhistmas lights that showed off the skelly, you didn't really notice the cylinder.
