I am looking to setup a blacklight room with "moving" neon dots I wanted to know where I can purchase neon adhesive dots all sizes.

I used black sheets and then bought flourescent paint in different colors, along with circle sponges in different sizes, and painted the dots on the sheets.

Any craft store should have it , as well as office supply stores.

I use flourecent spray paint from Lowes.....

I got my dots at wal mart in the office supplies aisle

walmart has multicolors? and different sizes?

For the moving part, I was going to try painting Styrofoam balls and hang them from the ceiling. That, the dots on the wall and the bubble fogger...it should be pretty disorientating.

I was wondering, what is better...painted dots or the office supply dots?
