I haven't ever seen a tourcher room, I am looking for ideas of Things you would find in a torcher room.

Any ideas would be appreciated

LOL, well.... here is a site that I get my stuff from Mr. S also known as Fetters. WARNING: it is an adult site for heavier s/m. Here are some suggestions:
floggers, cat of nine tails, spreaders (the type for legs, arms, other bodily orifices to break open) branding irons, needles to poke under skin, flayers to rip flesh from body, fire cauldron for heating impliments, the rack, iron maiden, dunking tub, chair with spikes, hoist to lift people and then to drop them and snaping joints out of place, small cage to put people into, cruxifying cross, sling, str8 jackets, pliers, hammers, gags, blindfolds, something to cover the ears, hose to wash away blood and other bodily fluids, flaming sconces (depending on time area you are doing) The Wheel to break people over, dead bodies/skeletons of previous occupants, blow torch for burning, saws of all types, chainsaws, drills, ground glass for people to swallow, video camera and tripod for you to record your fun. Pieces of wire for electricity, jumper cables and battery to shock people, outlets to plug things into, bloody rags, drain for blood to run into, acid barrel to get rid of evidence. Hope this helps, it's early and can't remember everything I have in the basement. lol
