I bought this at Big Lots for half price thinking I could do something with it. If anyone wants to give their 2 cents I would appreciate it. Pics would be a big help too if you know of something similar posted. It's hollow made of resin plastic.

That's Awesome.. Hmm let me think If it was me I think i would try to make a colum and set it on top of it and paint them both to match.. Like maybe age it a little more.. Then you could put it in your cemetery.. Or you could construct a Tombstone and set it in front of it on a base to make it seem part of the stone... I have seen something like that somewhere on this forum not sure where though. Hope that helps.. I will try and find some pics for you..

I did some creative painting with some cutesy angels to use them as column toppers:

Also, I think Pandora's angel is a good sample of what you could do with it:

Make it a lil devil! Sculpey horns and tail, maybe claws on the pudgy little feet. Drill out the eyes and put red LEDs in there...

Oh, and a better paint job, as everyone else has said. A basecoat of "oops" paint, a little fleckstone, dribbled on weathering/aging, a couple coats of clear sealant.

If you don't want to go the "evil" route, blue or green LED eyes would be spooky without being demonic.

Whatever you do with it, put it on some elevated surface so that viewers can actually see it. Nothing's more aggravating than putting a lot of work into a lovely little detail and then finding out that no one even noticed because of where it was placed

This is the first thing that popped into my head:

Repaint, as has been said. Seal.
Drimel a small hole in each eye. Small as possible.
    Insert tubing from the bottom.
Pump "blood" so it cries bloody tears.
Put on a column in a collecting basin, and let it cry at your victims... er guests.

That thing crying blood would be creepy.
