OK all you prop people, lets see if you can help mama out. I have a Dead Donna from last year and her eyes have gone bad They wont light up anymore, so I took her apart(OK my husband took her apart, but you get what I mean) and replaced the LED's. Problem is now she works but the eyes dont have that same bright glow in the dark green color she first had. Is it the color LED im using? I used green, but its not the same as before. I really like that glow in the dark look. Is this something I can fix on my own or do you think I have to order the part from Gemmy, and if so will Gemmy even sell me those LED's. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys

Linus: Well that is nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of tricks or treats!

Different LEDs are different colors - It is going to be hard to find the LEDs that match the orginal.

Different LEDs sometimes work with different voltages. Might be the ones you put in need a higher voltage to activate them to full brightness.
Also did she have diffused green (LED is green colored) or clear green (LED looks clear but lights up green) LED eyes? I'm assuming you replace the originals with the same type. Or it could be that the problem causing the first eyes to stop working is causing the new LEDs to be dim.
I doubt you would be able to get the LEDs from Gemmy.
I'm sure there is a way to fix this problem, just a matter of figuring it out.
