Scrim is a semi see thru cloth. For this rear projector thing, just go to a dollar store & get the white shower curtain.
If you are using the garage, then you need to either get a couple or hang the white in the center & a couple of strips
of black plastic on the sides to enclose the garage.Do a search here on "scrim fabric" should give you better idea of it's uses,
like with black scrim for a creature behind a "wall" effect. When you look in the mirror at midnight,....what looks back at you.........

I just ordered this DVD last night. This is so awesome, I hope that I don't screw it up.

Well I finally purchased the Epson EX50. Not to bad a unit considering it also does 720p and 1080i. Would have liked to have gotten that one at Costco, but since there isn't any in my area, I went with the Epson instead. Haven't had a chance to play around with it yet.

Just tested Hallowindow out tonight and it looks awesome.
The Wal-Mart in my area just had the frosted shower curtains but Target has a cheap white one for less than two bucks which I'm guessing is the same thing. It looked great projected from behind.
We're going to do ours in the garage so we'll have to piece a few curtains together.
Does anyone have a good method for getting rid the the creases in the shower curtain?
Thanks!

My mother and I just did the same thing at the beginning of the week. We took two curtains and cut and taped them together to make one big enough to completely cover the garage door opening. Haven't tested it yet, but intend to tomorrow evening. I will try to post pics.
