    hi all
I never had a chance to post the bottomless pit I made 2 yrs ago
I routered & painted the inside & made styrafoam rocks for the outside. if ya see the outside rocks are at an angel is because it was stickinng out of the ground at that angle. that mirored insides are plexi glass & mirror tint. i mixed sand into the paint to give it texture. I grabbed ideas from all your pottomless pits thak you for your insiration. oh I also had the light connected to one of those sound activated thunder macines to it gave it the flickering light effect.

I cant do a big projecet like last years great pumpkin charlie brown,, so I hope to make a trah can troma popup this year, I figure it wont cost too much money or time,,, I hope

Last years great pumpkin, I cant believe im posting these for the 3rd time this year Im soo lame to be so proud

I like it the only problem I see is that it's noticbly a mirror because of the slight dark shade but other then that it looks great

i know ,,you forgot abot the reacurring rock pattern,, haha
its not as bad in person. and less so whe the lights are flickering, actually more when it is flickering bit it looks as if it should go from light to dark since the bulbs only light up so much

i forgot & just remembered that when I put it out I put the fog machine next to it & it filled with fog & you couldnt see any thing,, so I had to dismantle it and blow out the fog right durring the tot;s rush hour, so a warning to any one doing one , either make it air tight (good luck) or place your fog away from it

    thanks

Har! Cool. A few years ago I went to a local haunted house and they had one of these built into the floor. Really creeped me out I thought I was gonna fall through!

Wow! I'm duly impressed by the bottomless pit AND the Great Pumpkin display! Absolutely AWESOME on both accounts!
