I have a scene in our new haunt where a corpse is going to pop out of a blood-filled bathtub. Figured out the popping corpse part, but I need a good alternative to a tub of blood. We're taking groups of 5-6 through the haunt and they will be right next to the tub, so it needs to be opaque enough so they can't see what's coming at them, and not messy so as to splatter everyone. Ideas?

maybe use some merky water. Idk mix some water and milk or something. Than instead of coloring it (just incase it dose get on people you don't want it to stain) put a waterproof red light at the bottom.
    Can you stake my heart?

A hard top with a cutout covered by a red rubber membrane with cuts to allow the corpse to pop through?
