Well, I decided that the original design was too complicated. I replaced the PicoBoo 103 with a PicoBoo 104. This allowed me to eliminate the digital sound board and relay. I also replaced the strobe light with a light that flashes when the solenoid is powered up, giving a similar effect to the strobe. However, my favorite change is the ambient sound provided by the PicoBoo 104. It provides the breathing sound for the "monster". The scare sound is the "monster scream". I hacked the fog machine remote and tied it into one of the relays in the PicoBoo. Take a look at the video and pics. Let me know what you think.
Thanks! I really like the PicoBoo controllers. Very easy to use. If you use one with sound just make sure that the program is long enough to play the entire scare sound. I couldnt figure out why I was only getting partial sound, then I realized that the if the programming is too short you will only get part of the scare sound
