Thanks Everyone for your support, Hope to get the motor put in tomorrow. Its a deer motor for 2 reasons 1 it has a extra plug in. where I can Hide the electric cord for the lantern . and 2 its stronger. So after I get the joints screwed in place and the motor mounted I plan to make a body for him and hide everything in side. By bundling up the cord I didn't need. I ran the lantern cord out of the lantern and taped it along the sides of it up to the handle then run the cord up his arm to his shoulder. It's a clear electric cord easy to hide

Working on the rotator shaft assembly today
Next step is to make the motor plate to hold the motor. I used Plex-I-Glass for this.
On the bottom PVC assembly I marked it and cut out the 3 circles/holes . For the PVC side rails to pass through and for the center rod also. In the Plex-I-Glass using a Door knob cutter 1/2" hole cutter. This plate will rest on the PVC 1/2" connector tops and be stablized by using "L" bracket that screw into the plate as well as the PVC pipe sides.

Note in Pics that: In the PVC connector assembly center hole that you see a black circle. what I did was cut a piece of PVC pipe about 1/4" thick to slide into the hole to act as a Bushing/ spacer. Using MY large barrel sander head I sanded it on the inside a little, to make the Rotator pipe pass through and spins ( JUST A LITTLE ) I know you are going to say , his hole are not cut straight , I want his stance to be a little forward on one foot.
Took Tubing out and Put Bushing /spacer in

Here in this photo I was using scarp tubing for text drive
Now for the Rotator rod itself..Next step.is securing the Plate so it doesn't flap.I used Hose clamps instead of "L" brackets . By sliding the clamps on the side rods and making sure they were tight down on the plate.placing the screws of the Clamp to the back of the plate This worked well.. Pic's to come
