I am ready to start refining my FCG, and I planned on spraying her down with Woolight, but I want to have certain areas that are dead to the blacklight - like her eye area, under nose, cheekbones - to get a more realistic facial contouring.
Should I just mask off the areas before spraying, or can I use regular acrylic paint to create the dead areas? Would it have to be white paint, or can I use a tint?
Anyone tried this and have some hints?

You could try "blueing" the whole FCG and letting it dry. Then display it under a blacklight. On the parts that you don't want to show under the light, spray paint those black.
Looked pretty good on the one I did. Might work for you. See what other opinions ya get.

I'm thinking I'm going to go with black/gray for the eyes and such just to make sure that the face looks particularily creepy and ghostly.
I think I read somewhere that using sunblock also repels the UV glow, so I might try that first, just to get the effect, and move to actual paint if that doesn't work out.I'm a Halloween Bride! 10/31/2002
