The first room of my haunt is almost finished, just need to add wall art (masks-shrunken heads) and some music. Its really more of an 'atmosphere' room right now. I may have a scare actor if I can find a volunteer but even if I cant I think the kids will like it anyway. Oh the savage in the stump is a pnuematic pop up so that will add a lil action to the room. Of course it all looks better in the dark but its hard to get photos without the flash....

This looks fantastic in the dark. I need to make an inexpensive "mineshaft" maze in my garage, and that paper is perfect. Where did you get it?

Very creative, I like the paper idea. Some of the fake flames would look great in there.
Are you planning on using the tiki torches?

Lowes and Home Depot carry it in their paint section, near the drop cloths.

Actually I stole it from my husbands garage LOL but he got it at Lowe's. I did the paper last halloween, it was a pirate hideout cave, theres a tunnel you have to walk thru to get into the room, gives it a real 'cave' feel. I was trying to get away from the cave thing this yr but it didnt work too well. It still looks like a cave, oh well they'll have to be cave dwelling savages LOL
