Always looking at things with a haunter's eye, I was studying Bucky to get an idea of how to best reproduce him. I happened to glance over in the corner of the garage, and I noticed a small bit of electrical wire that I'd had left over from a project in the old house.

It's the flat, Romex type wire (see image)...Flexible, reasonably priced, and you can use a length as long or as short as you'd like.

I held it up next to Bucky's rib, and the thickness was near identical. With some "building up", you could make this stuff look pretty authentic.

Anyone ever do anything like this? With a little bit of foam for a sternum, and some other DIY-work, you might have a pretty slick little skellie.
