ok, this isn't really a halloween prop but I think someone on here will probably be able to help me. My mom asked for my help today in building a "sign". She wants it for our churches VBS. The problem is what she wants. Her group name is the coneheads, but theyre not the SNL coneheads you're all thinking of. The theme for our VBS is "his way or the highway" or something like that and so they're are basically traffic coneheads. She wants a conehead on a stick. So I was thinking taking a wighead and doing something with that but otherwise idk. Also how woul I be able to make the face look more realistic? Any ideas?

The wig heads have eyes, nose and mouth and you could add a cheapy wig. Use acrylic paints as they won't melt the foam and will be waterproof. Just painting a flesh tone over it and adding eyes and pink lips and such should make it look more realistic.
