This took me about 30 min to make with Crayola Model Magic clay, a fake fingernail (filed to fit) and a toothpick (to carve the skin wrinkle detail). I need to let it dry and then I'll paint it.
Cheap body parts are always great to have!
Pretty cool, eh?

Awesome Cassie! Those would be great for the "Don't Forget" invitations (finger with black ribbon tied around it, lying in a coffin). Best looking homemade finger I've seen so far!

Here it is painted and finished
I put a couple of coats of clear nailpolish on the icky part to give it a nice wet look...

Cassie you amaze me! I've got some left over model magic and may try my hand at this...I'm not expecting it to look quite as good though.

Cool, I look forward to seeing yours! You'll need to put at least 3 coats of clear polish on the raw flesh to get it to a really wet looking finish. One or two coats just doesn't see to have the same visual punch as 3+.

I've got some glossy Mod Podge that I'll try instead of the nail polish and see how that turns out.
