I need help with my mausoleum. How would I go about attaching my foam boards to a structure to help the mausoleum stand up? I was thinking to use liquid nails to attach the foam to plywood. I am stuck on how to attach the plywood to an interior structure, and what should I make the structure out of? I was thinking about using PVC to create a frame to attach the boards to. I would rather stay away from wood, due to weight and storage issues. Does anybody know of any good how-tos or pictures of a mausoleum that a haunter has made? Thanks for any replies.

I made a mausoleum last year and used a PVC frame and a foam facade. The foam was attached to the frame with drywall screws and large washers. This is a picture of the completed project.

I built a mausoleum facade last year out of laun, not foam, but I would think the principle would be the same. I used 1x2s and a few 2x2s for the frame. The finished product was very light weight - it wasn't a problem to pick up a section and move it by myself.

The only Mausoleum framework I have ever seen around is made of wood, which you said you wanted to stay away from. But if you want to see them anyways here are the links/websites for the ones I know of :
Raven Manor : Projects : Mausoleum
Wolf Creek Cemetery
Nephilim : ImaginEERIEing : Crypt of the Phantasm
Good Luck!
