I found a cool software that's free that allows you to make huge posters from a small picture. Go to Block Posters - Create large wall posters from any image for free! and upload a picture (the bigger and clearer the picture, the better the less pixelated the results). Below is a picture of a tiger standee that I made recently. I printed out the poster and pasted it onto a large piece of cardboard then cut out the picture.



Think of the possibilities for Halloween! I'm thinking of making a standee of the twins from The Shining and having them stand at the end of my hallway.

Yeah, I was going to use this to make some photo-op cut out boards. Rasterbater is another site that does this with image files.

Also, the max is 1mb for uploading the photos so alter accrodingly

You can do this with the software that's already on your computer. When you print something, just click on Preferences, then Advanced, and it will have an option for printing posters. You can enter the measurements for the poster, and it prints the 'blocks' with register marks to line them up properly. I made a few posters for my kids and wife.
