I went by hobby lobby but all they have are miniture skulls. So I'm wondering if theres any other nation wide store chain that would sell these? Or is my best bet to get it online?

I can't help you with stores, as I don't live in the US, but I'd recommend Ebay for skulls. You may have to search around to get the size you're looking for, but I'm sure you will find some on there.
Make sure to read the full descriptions, or contact the seller if sizes are not mentioned.

Cryptic Imports, creators of Cryptic Skulls, the affordable human skull prop for the halloween, haunted attraction, and theatrical industries
They are hard foam skulls that I have used in the past.
Lightweight and cut easily for a lot of applications.

Dollar Tree in our town had (blucky?) skulls along with the packs of bones & hands. Not as realistic as other skulls, but for $1 each, we grabbed a bunch anyway.

Michaels has some decent looking foam skulls this year.
I don't want to just scare them... I want to mess them up for life!

Check out terror syndicate. Great selection of foam skulls and other props. I've ordered a few things from them and they are great to deal with.

Most years big lots has a couple of different styles of skulls . last year they had foam ones and some heavy plastic ones, but they had things added, rats etc. I would check all of the above mentioned too, Target had them last year too, but don't have their stuff out yet.
I have flying monkeys- and I'm not afraid to use them!
