A lot of good ideas here but I am still not sure any will do the effect properly. Has anyone tried a concrete vibrator? Even if it was just to vibrate concrete? Was the vibration tingly or rough like a jackhammer?

I was going to suggest a small jack hammer with the tip welded to your floor.

I can help you with the product your looking for. All I need is some good digital pictures of the chair. You will need to provide isolation to the seat so you don't rattle your chair apart. We have done this type of application in the past for other customers.
