Last year, someone posted pics of a facade, and in it were 2 skeletons wearing light armor and holding swords. Their helmets had fake flame pots in them. They reminded me of the creatures from The Mummy movies. I have searched this site and the rest of the web trying to find them again with no luck. I am planning on making 2 this year for my castle facade and would like to see the pics again, for reference. Can anybody help point me in the right direction?

I know exactly what you're talking about (I think). I was going to bump the thread but I don't think he's been around (or I'm just not paying attention)... and he's already had like 20 requests for a tutorial.

    Anyway...

Have at it and keep us updated.

    Yes! Thanks!

I now see that he used REAL flames in his guys, and high-quality skeletons. I'm afraid mine will pale greatly in comparison to his, as I will be using my modified bluckeys and fake flames. However, the pics I will post. [Don't I always?]

I am actually working on the same project, the skeleton guard!

Hopefully Eerie puts up a how to or posts more pics, I really like the way that thing is designed.

That is a truely GREAT prop! Unfortunately, we can't have any open flame. I have some of those battery powered torches and they don't cut it. I'm going to start watching for small cauldron flamers.
Please check my 2011 Haunt album here on HF. http://www.halloweenforum.com/member...ween-2011.html
