ok - so ive been wracking my brains and the internet to find an instructional web page i ran across years ago - and im hoping someone here knows where it is...
the page in question was for a haunter with a very very long driveway - to entice ToT's down the dark path he erected tripod "crosses" on either side of the driveway. these things were at least 10ft tall, had a single (real) torch mounted to the front of it, and had a corpse-skeleton hanging on each "cross". he went on to show the rest of his garage which was done up in a maze, etc, etc.
the reason im on about it - he described a method of corpsify-ing plastic skeletons (and here is the trick) he bought from michael's... yup - non-buckie skeletons. i mean these were the vacuum plastic, black spray paint, flat eye sockets, non articulating hands and feet, fingers in-line and stuck together, why-would-you-buy-these - skeletons.
now before you become incredulous (as i was) he walks you through cutting the plastic and paper toweling and several other steps - and they turn out looking as good as most buckie's ive seen. now, granted - the ToT's never got within 4 feet of any of the corpses - but still...
and now i cant find the page. this goes back 3-4 years ago. anyone know what im talking about or an equivalent?

I recall it... vaguely.
I'll crack open my book of links when I get a chance, see if I saved it.

I'm not sure about the website in question but Cassie posted a tutorial here on corpsing a blucky. Here's a link:

Hmmm. No luck on my end. I did have a couple corpsing instructions for blucky's saved, though. (and a few links that have been taken down)
I like how this first one approches the chest and pelvis.

This one takes care of the hands, legs, and arms.
Corpsing a Blucky
I'ld actually say you might want to remove a couple of the blucky ribs all together, to create the empty spaces there.
Mixing the two of them together to get it into the more realistic look you want, I'ld recomend skull and bones' bucky tutorial for the actual corpsing.

There's nothing there that would make me think it wouldn't work on a blucky.

i remember the tutorial in some detail... teach me not to print everything i bookmark... anyway - he cut out the anterior abdomen and anterior pelvic bowl - due to the vacuum mold they were already hollow, so when he added the paper towel it just looked normal. same with the hands... the fingers didn't articulate or spread apart - but tied to a X "cross" - you didn't notice...
anyway - thank you for the links. i will take some time this weekend and do the research.Do Scottish androids dream of electric sheep?
