    OK Guy's,
I have been having problems finding some rum/powder kegs for my pirate displays. Well I have found them. I first spied one holding american flag at our local Tractor supply store.( Not to be unpartiatic but give me the barrel) It was $30.00, way too much for me. But the girl said it was on sale for $18.00. Sold!! They only had one. She told me to go on line to see if they had any more. I did. They are $13.00 there. $25.00 or more and shipping is free. Had to let you all know. For the price of 1 keg other places I now have three on order. there is no top board but.I will just turn it upside down and go from there. I may change the color to a more washed out look . they also have a large one. the large one is not full size. but is still of the same quality as the small one. I will return to the store to get a larger one later today. I am not sure how long the sale is on for. Good luck and happy haunting

    You made my day!

It gets even better! They have crates, wagon wheels (for ship helm), and a cast iron bell....all on clearance!

Heads up to the people who are doing a western theme! They have tons of stuff, triangle, lanterns, etc.

    Not one store in AZ

If you are looking to make the wood look like it has been sitting outside for years and you don't have a preferred method, there is a discussion here:

    I personally used this method:
Collecting antique American clocks comes as a natural outgrowth of my interest in the nation

I bought everything online! They have a 10% coupon off everything in stock online, plus free shipping with a $25 purchase!

No tax, no shipping, 10% off, plus clearance prices make one hell of a deal!

Ever try those 1/2 barrels they sell for planters, nail them up on a wall using 2x4 inside so it looks like stacked kegs. Add some wooden taps to make it look real.

Does anyone know if these barrels/kegs are a seasonal item? There seems to be none on the site now but I want to get a hold of some for next halloween. (gives me a long time to look!!!)
