Well, mine is only 4 years old since that was my first party, but I don't mind showing a picture of before and after. The first picture is what it looked like in 05, the second is last year. This year will look very similar, but possibly in a different part of that room.
VERY COOL QUESTION!!! I'm really interested in seeing these.

My oldest prop is from when I was 10 years old...no pics, just a newspaper filled dummy holding his pumpkin head.

The word "Prop"! –

Sounds so...nothing, really non-descriptive, too "vanilla".
Maybe Halloween props should be referred to as "Maliprops" a word possibly coming from the odorous family of which the likes are: malevolent
malfeasance
malice
malicious
malign
malignant
malinger
Just wonderfully inspiring words, huh?
Could go towards making a to-do list sometime. Pick your victim well.
insert evil laugh here~"My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

Great question. Here's mine (4 years ago) it was so easy to do and the neighborhood kids loved it. I was a goner for Halloween after that. This year I will be my first pneumatic prop! MIB.
