I was playing around with the idea of making a scarecrow and this is what I've got so far. I think I will change the hands to long branch like fingers.

The head looks very large in the pic but when the arms are posed and the addition to the long fingers I think it will be okay.

Thoughts so far???

Oh that is awesome!!!! Tell us how you did it,I can see it's greatstuff but I haven't worked with it enough to know how to get that effect, can't wait to see it painted!

That's a pretty cool looking scarecrow .... very good start!

I would think that (depending on the height) a larger head would give you room for a more sinister face and "taller" appearance.
