Hey all wanted to show you a great find I found at Home Depot. I was torn between to dark or to light of a stain to do my bucky with and I think it looks good. It is Minwax Golden Oak Wood finish. I purchased a quart and used about half the container. There is a lot of waste due to applying to the spine area to cover all the crevises. It took about 2 hours to complete and picture was taken in the sun light but looks really good at night it has a nice color and you could even apply a second coat to darken if you wanted to. Hope this will help anyone looking to age there Bucky's.

Hey all here is a couple more pics on the stain project for Bucky, it is a golden color with dark brown shading, this was done at night and a pic of the stain. Hope you guys like. The flash ads a little more light than what I would have wanted but the color is great. Nice and aged.

Great job. Your bucky looks aged but not over done. I could even see this color used along with a darker color in moderation. I like it!

Thanks Madame Turlock, yeah I wanted to keep it toned down a little not to dark brown.

I think it works great ... not too much or overdone.
Thanks for sharing!
