I was at Menards yesterday evening and I ran across something that made me think 'hey! I need to share that with the forum folks!'. Back by all the pvc pipe and carpet was some thin sheets of paneling in several different patterns, and staring me right in the face was an old worn brick wall pattern. It was about 10 feet tall and 5 feet wide (guesstimations), and was $20 and some change. Not too shabby for the square footage. If you were building walls this would be a really easy route to go, and it looked really great. Certainly no more expensive then foam, paint, and lots of time.

I've had my eye on these forever because I think they'd look cool in my gym. I believe they are 4'x8', though. But I saw them at Lowe's so maybe they're not exactly the same. I think they were almost $24 a panel at Lowe's (been about a year since I've looked at them).

I have also seen some wood patterns that I turned sideways to make a log cabin look, so practice spinning your head all different ways when you are in a store because you never know what things can be used sideways or upside down (inside-out? Backwards?)
They will probably not say anything when you commandere one of their electric scooters next to the front door then either."My Insanity is well-respected, until they wiggle free and become a stringer for a tabloid"

Did they have any stone patterns, or just brick? I've known about them, but the last time I looked they had a simple grey brick and red brick pattern. If they have a stone wall one, I'm running over there this weekend.

They use to sell some fake stone panels that were made for use in under pinning a beautifully manufactured mobile home (Trailer). I think they were thin stamped sheet metal.

There is a wall paper at Lowes I had to settle for. I too was looking for a rustic stone or block like wall. Untill I find one I will use this one as a wall accent. (You know the plaster falling off of the area thing.) IF any one does find a castle wall like wall paper let me know. I have seen some people paint their walls and I have thought about painting on that brown painters paper and hanging it. But I don't know if I have the time for it. I have too many other props I am working on.
