The best advice I can give you is to keep it simple and grow from there. I recommend you start with the PROP-1 controller. It can be mastered in an hour, and programming is very straight forward. No complex hook ups or anything else. The good thing about this controller, as you advance into bigger and better things, you can always intergrate controller boards together. Our bigger setups we use Allen Bradley PLC controllers, but in many cases we always link/chain them to PROP-1 for additional props we might add. Instead of going back and trying to reprogram the controller, its much easier just to add a "trigger event" to activate the PROP-1.
Already this year we have deployed six PROP-1 and it has saved us alot of programming and configuration time.
Just something to think about.
Good Luck,
Joel
