Hey all, I am looking for some voice track help with props.

Hey Guys,
I need someone to record some voice tracks for my props.

1. I am doing Scary terry kicking legs project with a skeleton pushing the lawn mower.
2. I have a pneumatic prop that will pop up from behind a tombstone that will be triggered by pir sensor that needs good audio.

If you guys know of anyone let me know.

I built this prop last year which was a big hit. I had the Grim Reaper pushing the lawnmower with a small 36" skeleton in front of the Reaper pushing on the lower part of the handle. I made it so the head of the grim reaper would turn to the left as the legs were kicking. I used a open source program called Audacity.

I found the sound of a lawnmower on the internet and then looped it. I then added a track of a man screaming. It sounded really good, until my neighbor from down the street came up and complained that the prop was sick and morbid. Duh, that was the idea!!

I still have the sound track, just email me and I will send you the file in zip format.

You know, you might be able to do your own voice work. With a free program (Audacity, suggested above) and a little practice, you can create really nice results. I have a white paper on Audacity that you can download here:

This will teach you how to make your normal voice creepy.
