Here is a video of my first project. It looks better in a darker environment (16 or so red LED's give it a nice glow) but I couldn't get a decent video in the dark.
<object width="425" height="350"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/6esai9IgE68"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/6esai9IgE68" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed></object>
I'm not satisfied with the timings in the program, needs to be slower and more random, but I just haven't taken the time to fix it.
Oops, sorry guys, I'm still kind of new to this. Gotta figure out getting a youtube video here.

Thanks uncle,
I guess you're seeing the video? All I'm seeing is a bunch of code, I don't think I did that correctly. Still trying to figure it out.

Regor,
Wow - very impressive.
We need the details and step by step instructions on how you created this great prop!
I assume it runs off an air compressor. But I could be wrong."Double, double toil and trouble; Fire burn, and cauldron bubble. Double, double toil and trouble-- Something wicked this way comes "

Toetag, thanks for fixing the link, webmaster I ain't.
jbrimaco, yeah this thing uses alot of air. Four cylinders and two of them firing a bunch of times quite rapidly. I really didn't take alot of pictures when building it as alot of things changed along the way. I'll be happy to answer questions and post a few shots (toetag, may need your help again
) of the mechanics.

Youtube isn't embedding properly. Must be a glitch.
