So i need a little help here. As some of you know we do a yard haunt. The haunt has a fence that closes up the whole yard. Our visitors come to the front, then enter to do a small walk around through a low fence that guides the way. A lot of the props are pir and motion sensor. Here is where the problem is. I need a way to close up the front to the walk around so as the folks on the outside can't see the props in action when i let a small group through. I was thinking of building a wall along the front to solve this, But now comes another problem. I hate to close it off so folks can't see the haunt as it is being built and the days leading up to the big night. It seems a lot of people like to see whats coming. So how do i close it up, without closing it up? You can get an idea of what i mean by jumping over to our site and have a look through the pics. I am looking for ideas.......

you could hang black plastic tarp from tree to tree. if you used ply wood it would hold up great, but it would be costly.

I like the solid wall idea. When we used to have the haunt in our front yard I had half wall and half fence. The fenced area was the graveyard with little to steal. It satisfied the looky loos.
The walled are was where all the cool stuff was. To enter we used a standing coffin with doors on both sides. People entered the coffin 2 at a time. This also helped break up the groups of rowdy teenagers.
    Hope this helps.
