Well 99% finished at least. I still need to add a flicker cord as the power supply but the hard part is done. I almost forgot that my previous skeleton cage got it's boney butt handed to it by the ran last year.
This one is much more sturdy but it also weighs a ton more. It might not be hangable from the roof any more but that's tomorrow's problem.
The next quest is for some straw so I can finish up my scarecrow.

looks very nice but one suggestion. The bars look a little too shiny to be old . if I was making it I would take a little black paint and dab a little here and there on the bars to give them a little more distressed look. Just my opinion

Halinar - I'm very jealous. You've got one prop finished and it looks terrific. Great job! Now maybe I need to get my butt in gear.

I've got several things on the bench.....
The scarecrow is about 50% done. The body is papered up but I decided to hunt down some straw and glue it to the body instead of trying to paint it to look like straw. After that it's popping on the head and that one is mostly done then.
My big project is a all year thing. My great girlfriend picked me up a K47 board and I'm working on getting 8 singing pumpkins up for the garage this year. 7 are carved so far and their two stages are built. "Werewolves of London" is already programed but "This is Halloween" is taking a lot more time than expected.
I really want to get a motorized lid coffin done also but that might be changed to putting a motor in my existing ground popper coffin I bulit last year.
Oh yeah, and a giant spider for the roof. I need a spare house for all this junk I'm going to build eventually....
Probably right about the bars. I scrounged them from my previous cage and they needed to be shink because the top and bottom was just painted (black) plywood and it needed something to help stand out.

O.K. once again I'm all stressed at the fact that I haven't gotten my projects done.
Halinar - I love what you did with the skeleton - very impressive, but it only makes me fill with anxiety to see how much everyone has done and how much I don't
DOnt stop posting pics expecially of the singing pumpkins. You should post a Video for that
Good luck and I hope you finish all of your stuff in time...I'm sure you will.
Linus: You've heard about fury and a woman scorned?
Charlie Brown: Yes, I guess I have.
Linus: Well that is nothing compared to the fury of a woman who has been cheated out of tricks or treats!
