Here's a project I'm working on right now. I used this prop on Halloween, but he wasn't quite finished. I still need to add fingers to the frame. Spookineer made the eye movement mechanism for me. You can see how they move in my Halloween '07 video. I'll be posting how-to's when he's finished.

Man he is looking good, I like the broken wall around his face.
I saw how you were making him, and he looks alot better since the last set of pic, Love Him.'
doing him this way you don't have to worry about the neck and shoulder good choice of looks.

LB, I'm a huge fan of your work and I think what impresses me most about you, is that you've really found your niche and continuously take it to the next level. Your house looks fantastic and those kids are going to remember it their whole lives. I also didn't realize that you were putting your mosters outside, how do the hold up to the weather?
